I'm officially on vacation
Two weeks, to do very little except give and receive presents and try not to go broke. I’m very pleased.
When a band covers Jamiroquai in a bowling alley
The absurdity ensues when the keyboard player/leader is really into it. As Dave postulated about him after the set was over: “Man, I really fucked up that Jamiroquai solo!” Silly Chicago moment.

Overall a very nice trip
The office is a bit outside of the city, so mostly I saw suburban Toronto and rode in a rental car. They have strip malls box stores and highways to compete with anyone. Though last night I insisted that we take a bus and a train to go downtown.
It was fun to notice the small differences, the busses have tall ceilings, the train cars have a 70s look with wood panelling and oxblood upholstery. We...
